A customer from a few years ago popped in yesterday morning.
(I was out saying 'hello' to a few of our customers)
Jake in our studio dealt with the enquiry. The customer
wanted a flyer duplicated for completion that same day. With some simple changes, removal of the email and web
address (an unusual request nowadays!)Jake made a great impression on the customer as he tried to
work out the best way forward. The customer didn't have any computer files that we could
print from and that, from our perspective, is a big problem. At least we had a
printed copy to work with.Jake scanned the flyer into his system and used the software
to enhance the colours.
The art work was split into sections and reassembled on the
computer; part was retyped to ensure the finished product looked even better
than the original. We sent a proof over to the customer for checking and he
responded promptly giving us the go-ahead.The flyer was to be printed onto none standard stock and so
we rooted some out of storage.
The flyer was printed and ready for collection later that day.
The customer was very happy. The flyer was printed and ready for collection later that day.
